Sarah helped us buy our first house, and she was helpful and professional every step of the way. To start, she guided us through getting ready for the search (loan pre-approval, budget, location, what to expect, etc). She provided some good leads and was always quick to respond and schedule tours for any houses we were interested in. While we were putting in our first offer, she sat down with us and walked us through the long offer document, making sure we understood all the important details (eg. contingencies, escrow timing, rentback option, etc). Even though the market was tough and we were getting beat out multiple times, she never got impatient or discouraged. She kept on scheduling tours whenever she found a good lead or whenever we sent her houses we liked, and we were finally able to get an offer accepted. Once we got into escrow, she made sure nothing fell through the cracks (inspections, appraisal, loan stuff, sellers disclosures, title stuff, etc). We always felt like we had all the information we needed to make the best decisions for our situation. Even though it was a crazy market, the experience was great, and we'd go through it again with Sarah.

Buying a home (especially in this market) can be a stressful endeavor, but Sarah went above and beyond so that all of our needs and questions were met. Not only was she incredibly responsive to all of our questions, but she also provided us expert advice on what houses were going for a good/bad price based on the area/neighborhood. During escrow, there were a lot of things that were up for negotiation between us and the seller. Despite being initially resistant to offer us anything, the seller agreed to give us a large amount of credit mainly because of Sarah's skilled yet compassionate bargaining and communication. Whenever issues would arise from third parties (such as our lender or escrow), Sarah always kept us in the loop, explained things thoroughly, and advocated for us towards all relevant parties.
